Welcome to Château La Crabière:
We are an estate in the AOC Fronton dedicated to
the production of quality red and rosé wines. Modern
methods and a sense of regionality are combined to
create our unique products. You are invited to discover

Château La Crabière is a 20-hectare estate, of which
11.5 hectares are under vine. Sunflowers, meadows
and woodland complete the domain. The estate is situated
in the AOC Fronton wine region of south-west France.
The Côtes du Frontonnais
The vineyards are located 25km north of Toulouse. The
area is spread over 20 villages around the town of Fronton.
The terroir of silts, clay and gravels covers about
2,000 hectares of the terraces above the river Tarn.
It is a very old wine-producing region; vines were first
planted here by the Romans. Traditional grape varieties,
such as Negrette, still form the basis of the wines.
